RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
Expert in the entire fragrance catalogue, mainly the luxury mainstream.
Master fragrance customization, personalization, and the art of gifting.
Master of specialized fragrance vocabulary and expressive in storytelling.
Capable of performing in-person and digital consultations.
Elevate and entertain clients, creating a unique in-store experience that inspires connections and loyalty.
Encompass key brands' expertise and the ability to transmit it to peers and clients.
Strictly adhere to brand's uniform standards.
Face of Fragrance Masterclass and VIP Events in collaboration with Education & Marketing.
Coach the team on fragrance selling and client engagement to achieve sales objectives.
Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving sales goals.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work in a dynamic environment.
As a Beauty Advisor, you share your valuable experience with the team and get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
Other than that, you:
Have at least 2 years of good track records in fragrance experience with luxury beauty brands.
Possess excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
Have good knowledge of raw fragrance ingredients and extraction methods.
Are a team player, detail-oriented, and possess a strong positive mindset.
Fragrance studies or certification will be a plus.
