Beauty Advisor - Sunway Piramid

As a Retail Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our beauty brand, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist customers in selecting the best beauty products for their needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Your role will include educating customers about product ingredients, trends, and application techniques, as well as achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Education:
Min pass in SPM (with a pass in English and Bahasa Malaysia)
Experience:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a plus.
Knowledge:
Strong passion for beauty products and trends.
Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as stocking, arranging displays, and assisting customers.
Schedule:Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Dress Code:Professional attire, with an emphasis on personal grooming and appearance.
