Following treatment, offer guest drinks and opportunity to purchase products used in treatment or other gift. Handle guest' question and concerns professionally and courteously Smile, project a sincere, friendly and professional manner at all time. Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered including up-selling or re-booking of treatment and retails selling Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
