Our client is an established beauty/wellness company who has presence in Singapore and Malaysia. The Company has plans to extend their reach into Indonesia and is currently in the midst of expanding into the aesthetic clinic business. They are targeting to open its first flagship clinic in the first quarter of 2025.
They are looking for a Beauty Training Manager to join their growing team and successful candidate can expect exciting career opportunities with the company. 
*Key Responsibilities* Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for beauty therapists, retail staff, and other professionals, ensuring they have comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, techniques, and latest trends. Teach proper product usage, application techniques, and skincare routines to fulfill customer needs and preferences to improve sales and customer satisfactionCollaborate with beauty therapists to identify training needs and drive sales initiatives through effective product demonstrations and education, ensuring that the brand's products are marketed effectively in retail environmentsRepresent the brand at events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions, ensuring that all beauty professionals reflect the brand's values and standards in their customer interactionsKeep up to date with industry trends, product launches, and new techniques to continuously improve training programs and ensure the team is knowledgeable about the latest beauty innovationsMonitor the progress and performance of trained staff, providing feedback and follow-up support to ensure the successful implementation of learned skills and achieving sales targetsWork closely with the marketing team to align training with promotional campaigns, new product launches, and any seasonal or regional initiatives*Requirements* Hold a valid qualification as beauty therapistMinimum 5 years of experience as a beautician or therapist, with the last 3 years as a professional beauty trainerFluent in English, proficient in Mandarin and or MalayExcellent presentation and communication skillsHigh interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spiritStrong customer service orientationGood listening skills, dynamic, and approachable with a positive attitudeProactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiativeWilling and able to travel across different branch locations between KL and JB*Other Benefits* Attractive remuneration packageStaff purchase discountProfessional training will be providedCareer progression and overseas exposure
