Beauty & Wellness Consultant

We are seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant who will guide clients through customized beauty and health journeys, combining innovative treatments with one on one wellness coaching to enhance their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Personalized Wellness Consultations: Conduct in-depth, individualized consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend tailored beauty and wellness treatments.Customized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment programs that include non invasive skin revitalization therapies, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle coaching.Advanced Skin & Body Care: Provide non-invasive treatments for skin concerns, focusing on restoring and enhancing natural beauty.Individualized Client Education: Offer one on one guidance to clients, explaining the benefits and maintenance of their treatments, as well as providing personalized advice on beauty and health practices.Health-Focused Treatments: Assist clients with managing their health and wellness needs, such as pain management or gut health improvements, through holistic, non-surgical therapies.Collaborative Care: Work closely with the clinic's medical professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care that addresses both beauty and health goals.Continuous Service Improvement: Collect and evaluate client feedback to ensure their satisfaction and to help the clinic enhance its service offerings.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty consulting, wellness, or related fields, with a focus on non-invasive treatment methods.Knowledge of holistic health practices, including skin care treatments, anti-aging solutions, and personalized wellness programs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach to service.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
