**JOB TITLE: BEUATY & WELLNESS CREW**Department: Spa & WellnessReports to: Head of Beauty & Wellness Officer**Job Overview**:You are responsible to ensure that clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.**Key Responsibilities**:- To provide a range of beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to facials, massages, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.- To educate clients on skincare, beauty products, and wellness practices to enhance their overall experience.- To consult with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences and any health concerns to tailor services accordingly.- To stay updated on the latest beauty and wellness, trends, techniques and products.- To maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilizing tools and equipment.- To follow the spa protocols and ensure safe environment for both clients and staff.- To promote and upsell spa products, memberships, and additional services based on client needs.**Requirement**:- Applicants with any or without experience are invited to apply.- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Able to work flexible hours and under directions of the management.Join our team now, to contribute in creating a spa experience that promotes relaxation, beauty, and overall well-being for our valued clients.**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance**Salary**: RM400.00 - RM700.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 - 20 per week**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
