Primary roles: Conduct 1-1 or mini group therapy sessions with individuals with ASD, ADHD, or GDD, age 1.5- to 20-year-old.
Intervention areas include behavior management, language & speech, social skills, abstract thinking, school readiness behaviors and skills, play skills, emotion regulations, self-help skills, fine & gross motor skills, and etc.)
Ensure safety, hygiene and wellbeing of the students.
Prepare daily lesson plans according to Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
Take measurable behavior data and skill progress data.
Daily progress report writing.
Brainstorming sessions with team for client's learning needs.
Parents liaison at pick-up and drop-off.
Supporting in general operations and organizations.
Training & development attendance & participation.
Conduct replacement sessions for absent co-workers, including sitting in for day care.
Potential Secondary Roles: Advocacy & Education: You may be involved in participating in different autism related events to help advocate more people about autism and effective interventions.
Centre's organization: You may be involved in assisting in general materials & toys organization.
Requirements: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years working experience in relevant fields.
