Provide behavioral therapy to children in the development unit.
Assess and evaluate patient needs and progress.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
Experience in pediatric behavioral therapy preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
