People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation – whilst unlocking your own potential.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for equipment benchmarking, technical strategies and technical support at Central Backend Manufacturing & Technology (BEM&T) & Special project functionProvide technical expertise and recommend technical solutions to the development and design of equipment to maximize overall equipment effectivenessHarmonize and standardize manufacturing equipment and solutions across all BEM&T sites worldwideDefine and establish equipment technical spec / procurement spec / PM procedurePartner suppliers and subcontractors on new equipment projects, commissioning and installationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years above experience in Pre Assy equipment. (Example: BG tape lamination / Backgrinding / Mounting / Wafer saw / Laser groove / AOI) & EOL equipment (Example: Package singulation / Package grind)Good knowledge of Pre Assy equipment & EOL equipmentSolid experience on problem solving techniques and methodologiesMust possess creativity and assertivenessAble to express ideas clearly, both oral and writtenGood collaboration skill with multi-culture members either from internal (NPI / QA / maintenance) or external (Vendor / supplier)Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way.
