We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Beverage Product Developer!**Responsibilities**:- Craft and elevate a captivating drinks menu that caters to a niche in the dynamic F&B industry.- Drive innovation by developing new beverages based on market trends, sales data, operational efficiency, and customer demographics.- Conduct idea generation sessions to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge beverage products aligned with company goals.- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, QA/QC, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product rollouts.- Source and identify potential suppliers/vendors, managing timely development of key ingredients, equipment, and tools.- Foster strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.- Ensure product compliance with halal requirements, health, and safety regulations.- Address product complaints or feedback through thorough investigations and propose effective solutions.- Uphold product SOP, maintain project files, develop technical manuals, and document intellectual property.**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or related disciplines.- 3-5 years of experience in F&B chain/retail or F&B product development.- Strong sensory skills for product benchmarking and development.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Computer literate with proficiency in English and Malay.- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.- Own transport and willingness to travel.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
