Pricing Responsibilities:
Compile the overall BOM from CTS/LTS/GS/Project Management & Procurement - ensuring cost accuracy & optimization.
Propose the right sell price for submission based on pricing review with Product & Technical team while inline against sales strategies.
Present overall submission & obtain pricing approval from management before releasing the price to sales.
Translate the approved price to the client price submittal format.
Reprice bids.
Conduct pricing changes (Gain/Loss) analysis, cost changes & VCM analysis.
Analyze pricing trends & cost trends.
Bid Management:
Lead & manage all stages of the bid process from qualification to submission to the sales team.
Develop and maintain best practices throughout the bid cycle.
Manage bid submission - coordinating with all bidding team members to ensure all submittals are obtained.
Ensure a full understanding of the solution portfolio, appropriate offerings, and competitive solutions to meet customer requirements.
Highlight overall risks (Commercial/Technical/GS) when presenting to management for approval.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience related to Pricing or Bid/Tender Submission in the Telecom, Colocation & Data Center Industry.
Good number sense – comfortable dealing with large project values.
Detail-oriented – attentive to small particulars when working on Bid Pricing.
Good communication & presentation skills – able to communicate effectively with colleagues up to management level.
