We are looking for a talented and creative Bilingual Content Creator & Graphic Designer who is fluent in both English and Mandarin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and graphics for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation : Develop compelling content for social media platforms in both English and Mandarin. Graphic Design : Create visually appealing graphics for posts, stories, ads, and other digital marketing materials. Social Media Management : Manage and maintain our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu. Metrics Analysis : Study and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement. Ad Management : Plan, create, and manage boosted and paid ad campaigns on various platforms. Engagement : Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Proven experience in content creation and graphic design. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu. Knowledge of social media metrics and how to use them to improve content performance. Experience in creating and managing boosted and paid ad campaigns.
