Bilingual Customer Service Support

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Support professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting Medicaid members, ensuring their continued enrollment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage a monthly caseload of Medicaid members to ensure timely recertification and continued enrollment.
Ensure patient satisfaction with their Medicaid plans and services, addressing and resolving any issues they may come across.
Respond to patients' questions and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Follow up with existing patients.
Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, writing, or reading English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred to effectively communicate with customers.
Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM EST/9PM-6AM Malaysian Time), Monday-Friday.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
