TheBilling Executivewill support Account Managers to manage corporate customers and consumer requirements/complaints/enquiries. He/She will work closely with Account Managers on Corporate customers' requirements, including explaining/educating them on processes, requirements, system limitations, and workarounds. This role also requires supporting day-to-day operations in Usage Rejections and managing rejection volume by working with stakeholders to look into permanent resolution of rejection root causes. He/She is also required to support billing configuration requests for Corporate/Consumer products or services.
Make an Impact by:
Investigating irregularities detected and resolving operational issues and feedback brought to the team's attention with necessary escalation to the Manager/Director.
Working independently, managing tight schedules, and managing vendors to ensure that they are efficient in resolving incidents raised for both Corporate and Consumer issues.
Reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements within the area to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyzing usage rejections using system reports and order details.
Performing usage rejection investigations by working with various parties and resolving usage rejections in a prompt and timely manner.
Working with the digital team to digitalize/automate billing processes, reports, and workflow besides engaging stakeholders to address the cause of rejections with a permanent fix.
Checking incoming requests to confirm all given information is filled up correctly in the template; no missing, wrong information, or typos for IPCC (I – Pegasus Configuration Centre), M2M rate plans, etc.
Analyzing the request and verifying against the respective system to ensure the request is valid for configuration.
Seeking clarification with the requestor (including Product Manager, Marketing, Engineering, IS) on ambiguities on Forms/Templates.
Providing guidance to requestors who may not be familiar with template filling or unsure of the requirements.
Skills for Success
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/IT/Business or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
Effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.
Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
