Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
About the role: Specialist in billing and order management, with strong process and technical understanding of related SAP modules (SD, FI). The role will have 50% of responsibilities in managing the end-to-end order management process and ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition; with another 50% focus on driving specific billing and reconciliation process and technical improvements to the core processes.
The role will be accountable for:
Operational Management
Managing and processing customer orders and billing.
Coordinate with 3rd party logistic team in warehouse/Distribution Center to ensure timely fulfillment of orders processed.
Acting as a liaison between Sales, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable to address order/billing issues.
Reconciliations of sales orders and billing.
Process Optimization and Standardization
Analyse and implement solutions to optimize and streamline billing and order processing.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in order management, billing, and its corresponding impact against revenue recognition.
Essential Requirements:
Essential:
Solid knowledge in end-to-end order management and billing processes with exposure to technological tools.
Strong technical understanding of SAP SD and FI modules.
Related experience and/or certification in project management; continuous improvement certification is an added advantage.
Exposure and involvement in statutory e-invoicing requirements and implementation is a plus.
