Job Descriptions:
Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
Process customers' Purchase Orders, issuance of Sales orders, and invoices/bills with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely client/customer payment.
Respond to operation-relevant inquiries regarding billing and payment.
Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients/customers and other stakeholders.
Order acknowledgment, track & trace all operation-relevant changes requests & updates in the system.
On-time filing and tracking of all Proof of Deliveries together with PO/SO/Invoice.
Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Sales, Finance, and Operation Teams.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Possess good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills in data input and system access.
Able to work under tight deadlines.
Good command of written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
