This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager at PCSS Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Kuching. The BIM Manager will be responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, Virtual Design, and Architecture. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating BIM processes, managing virtual design aspects, and collaborating with architecture and BIM teams.Qualifications
Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills
Experience in Virtual Design and Architecture
Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
Strong technical skills in BIM software
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Relevant certification in BIM or related field
Strong leadership skills to work with all project teams
Knowledge in 4D modeling is essential
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
