Overview:We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as BIM Modeler and BIM Drafter. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed Building Information Models (BIM) and drafting technical drawings for construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the successful implementation of BIM methodologies in the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:BIM Modeling: Create 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit or other BIM software, incorporating architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) elements with a high level of accuracy and detail.Model Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to coordinate BIM models, resolve clashes, and ensure the integration of all building systems for clash-free construction.Drafting: Prepare 2D technical drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, based on BIM models and project requirements, adhering to industry standards and company drafting protocols.Quantity Takeoff: Extract quantities and generate material takeoffs from BIM models to support cost estimation, procurement, and construction planning processes.Model Analysis: Conduct model analysis and simulations, such as energy analysis, daylight analysis, and clash detection, using BIM software and plugins to optimize building performance and identify design conflicts.Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and coordination documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.BIM Standards: Maintain and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization, ensuring consistency and quality across all BIM deliverables.Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to project team members on BIM software tools, workflows, and methodologies to promote proficiency and adoption of BIM technologies.Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks and reviews of BIM models and drawings to identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from project requirements, and implement corrective actions as needed.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to BIM and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BIM processes and workflows.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or similar tools.Experience in creating and coordinating BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in industrial projects projects especially in Data Center.Strong understanding of building construction principles, systems, and terminology.Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Certification in Autodesk Revit or other BIM software is a plus.Previous experience in construction documentation, coordination, or modeling is desirable.Join Our Team:If you are passionate about BIM and possess the skills and expertise to excel in a fast-paced construction environment, we encourage you to apply for the role of BIM Modeler and BIM Drafter.
