BIM Modeler (Based at Puchong, Selangor)(1) VacancyLocated at Bandar Puteri, Puchong Selangor.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed design drawings using Revit MEP up to LOD 450 including Revit parametric Family creation.Model the conduit runs, conduit racks, cable trays, panels/switch gear/equipment ceiling with all lighting fixtures.Model the HVAC ducting, plumbing piping, fire protection system, equipment, and technical piping.Understand the electrical and mechanical design intents to convert the 2D drawings to 3D Revit modeling.Convert Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.Develop 2D installation drawings and detail drawings from 3D models or sketches.Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery.Learn to use tools such as Navisworks for clash detections among all trade models (MEP).Able to interpret and execute based on the BIM execution plan.RequirementsRequired skills: CAD software, Microsoft Word & Excel (computer literate).Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/CAD or equivalent.Application is open for BIM Modeler with 3 years of experience.Hardworking and willing to learn.Monday to Friday.
