Bim Modeler - Based In Johor

**BIM Modeler****Responsibilities**:- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.- Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project standards and specifications.- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination with other disciplines.- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required.- Assist in the coordination and integration of BIM with other project management and design software.- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input to project planning and execution.- Maintain organized project files and documentation.- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields.- Experience working in construction line will be on advantage- Good communication & correspondence skills- Proficiency in Microsoft office- Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software- Meticulous and Organized- Energetic and positive-minded individual
