BIM Modeler Job Responsibilities: Develop detailed BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives. Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project standards and specifications. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination with other disciplines. Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required. Assist in the coordination and integration of BIM with other project management and design software. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input to project planning and execution. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields. Experience working in construction line will be on advantage Good communication & correspondence skills Proficiency in Microsoft office Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software Meticulous and Organized Energetic and positive-minded individual
