Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture)
Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, or closely related fields with two (2) years of related working experience in BIM Modelling.
Computer application competency and solid knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 3D, BIM 360, and other BIM application tools.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision, which requires the application of standard BIM drafting techniques.
Model all elements as per design intent & construction specs and provide design support.
Able to perform all lower-level drafter tasks.
Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform assigned tasks within deadline.
Job Requirements
Ability to handle drawings independently.
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work as a team, independently, and proactively.
Good command of English.
Must be prepared to travel.
