Bim Modeller (Architecture-Revit)

**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- **Responsibilities**:_- Assist the architect and in projects undertaken by company- Have a good knowledge & familiar with Architecture Design and manage to interpret 2D Structure Drawings to 3D BIM Model- Manage and knowledgeable in creating Project Template & Standards for Architecture- Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and MUST be able to meet demanding work schedules and having skills including the ability to multi-task- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.- Create and understand 3D Family Creation- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.- Any other tasks as and when assigned.- **Requirements**:_- Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.- Working experience in BIM Environment is added advantage. Proficient in BIM-related software, eg.
