Blasting & Painting Inspector

Qualification:
Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
8-15 years of experience in position.
Job Purpose:
Review and familiarize yourself with project AFC drawings, painting matrices, specifications, procedures, ITPs, and shop drawings.
Ensure understanding of applicable international codes and standards, including ASTM D3276, SSPC, and CINI.
Prepare a QC Inspection package for the assigned area or scope of work and obtain approval from the immediate supervisor.
Conduct or witness quality inspections, testing, and surveillance activities, including blasting, painting, coating, and insulation, in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), as instructed by the immediate supervisor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
