Blown Film Technician (Plastic Packaging)

BLOWN FILM TECHNICIAN (PLASTIC PACKAGING)Lead and guide a team of machine operators engaged in plastics blown film extrusion machines.
Ensure precise machine setup and execution of processes in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Develop comprehensive production plans and schedules based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
Monitor daily production output to consistently achieve production targets.
Identify continuous opportunities to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance productivity.
Regularly review and implement new process improvements.
Formulate and develop new products in compliance with emerging industry standards.
Conduct thorough testing on new products to meet and exceed industry benchmarks.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure an ample supply of raw materials for production needs.
Work closely with the procurement team to plan raw material purchases based on sales forecasts.
Monitor and regulate raw material consumption to minimize wastage.
Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for machine operators and production staff.
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, maintaining a secure working environment.
Experience:Minimum education level: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
At least 5 years of working experience in plastics blown film production
