Job Description Electrical Maintenance- Carry out daily inspection and monitoring of HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply.- Carry out schedule inspections and testing of standby Generator, Fire Pumps, sump pumps, etc.. Supervise contractors' works/services and monitor their performance.- Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with the installation, modification, maintenance and trouble-shooting of electrical system, equipment and other building services within the retail asset- Conduct periodical inspection on all electrical services and equipment in the retail asset as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize breakdown and power failure- Ensure taht all laws and regulations related to eletrical systems are complied with- Evaluate and recommend upgrading in electrical and facility installations Conform to management system requirements- Enforce good safety culture and maintenance practices- Maintain quality assurance practices related to electrical work Contribute to continuous improvement- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality managementBenefitsFlexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and familyTraining and development opportunitiesSubsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences-Strong advocate of staff volunteerismWellness programmes
