2.To monitor / control Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as per schedule
3.To supervise shift technicians.
4.Reporting daily problems.
5. Safety – ensure electrical and crane safety, Zero accident
6. Contractor management
7. Continuous improvements – reduction of down time, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions
8. Housekeeping
9. Monitoring cost, machine downtime, and non routine jobs
10. Monitor HT distribution network / HT transformers
