Boarding Officer (Kuantan)

**JOB SUMMARY**- Responsible for the punctual efficient delivery of good service to customer according to company service standards assigned by superior.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.- To follow instruction given by Executive or Manager to meet dateline and client demand.- To entertain all inquiries and comment from clients and authorities.- Provide EPDA to customer upon request and follow up.- Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to Admin Department.- Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel.- Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.- Perform any other duties as requested by the Superior.**AUTHORITY**- None**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**- Computer literate- Knowledge in Shipping Industry- Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa- SPM/Diploma in Shipping or Business Admin.- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.- Fresh Graduate will be considered.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
