1. Performs efficient preventive maintenance works on all steam boiler, hot water calorifiers and associated machines to avoidunforeseen operation interruption.2. Ensure all work carried out should be in schedule and fully comply with local safety rules and regulations.3. Dosing of chemicals for water treatment on the boiler as per specifications provided.4. Attend to complaints on urgent repairs as requested through phone calls without delay.5. Record operating machine readings on log sheets daily and whatever work carried out into the communication book.6. Assist Engineering staff on other trade whenever called upon.7. Incorporate permanently as a member of the safety, fire drill.8. To carry out shift duty, split duty or when called up from time to time.9. Maintain boiler room tools, equipment and all related Engineering areas in a clean and neat condition at all times.10. Keep the Senior Section Engineer / Assistant Maintenance Manager informed of happenings in the boiler room.11. To monitor spare parts/supplies.12. Responsible for all the system undertaken by Engineering Department.13.
