Boilerman Maintenance Responsibilities Manage the breakdown process. From receiving and classification of case and complete within agreed KPI , with the aim of optimizing planned downtime and reducing unplanned downtime.Manage maintenance cost expenditure via conducting on-site work quality audits, post-mortem analysis and utilizing data gained to interpret contractors/service providers' service level.Design and implement a robust preventive maintenance program through proper programming and scheduling and actively seek opportunities for equipment and process improvements.Resume overall management responsibility, proper organization and functioning of the in-house Technician.Responds to emergency situations during and after working hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety and/or business continuity concerns.Provide technical expertise for availability trials of new equipment, devices, and support systemBoilerman Maintenance Requirements Diploma or Degree in any Engineering FieldPosses Boiler Certificate (JKKP)Schedule Waste Competent PersonGood Command in English and Bahasa MelayuAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAccurate and precise attention to detailAble to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentMust willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang, Selangor
