Responsibilities:Responsible for steam boiler operations including upkeep of boiler's operation data and safety aspects.
Operate high pressure boilers, compressors, and process water systems.
Execute high pressure steam boiler efficiently in continuous production operation.
Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and troubleshoot when necessary.
Plan and perform boiler service and yearly overhaul as per JKKP inspection requirement.
Ensure the boilers are kept in good running condition at all times.
Perform and carry out boiler maintenance in compliance with the operating procedures and statutory requirements.
Ensure daily performance of boiler operation & provide sufficient supplies to support production operation.
Qualification:PossessBoilerman GRADE 1 / GRADE 2License Certificate.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience.
