Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
To maintain & operate the boilers ensuring they run in good condition & operate in the most effective & efficient manner in daily operations.
To schedule and implement periodic preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected Boiler downtime.
To monitor and maintain consistency of Boiler, to lengthen the Boiler lifespan and avoid loss of production.
To make necessary preparations & follow up with contractors for any required repair & maintenance & annual inspections by relevant authorities.
To ensure a safe working environment, maintain a clean working area & uphold good housekeeping practices in the boiler house.
To ensure a safe, comfortable and clean working area by periodic maintenance of the areas in and surrounding the Boiler House.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education Background:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above and Certificate Minimum Category Boilerman Steam Grade II issued by JKKP.
Experience:
- At least 1 year working experience with boilerman Grade 2.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Skills: FMM CERTIFICATE IN BOILERMAN GRADE 1 & 2
