What you'll do? Handles and resolves manual bookings, booking-related queries and cases based on company's policies and procedures ??????????????????????????????Identifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team members ??????????????????????Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and merchants ????????????????????Liaises with internal departments and external merchants to fulfill booking amendments and refunds ??????????????????????Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's system ???????????????????????????????Keeps updated with company procedures and processes ???????????Shares merchant feedback with relevant departments for further improvements ?????????????,??????
What you'll need?
