Books & Magazines Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Working as an active member of the team, supporting colleagues in all tasks if required.
• Efficiently and accurately manage stock acceptance and returns processes for books and magazines in the store.
• Execute efficient stock replenishment for books and magazines while maintaining store tidiness.
• Uphold high standards of display and visual merchandising, in alignment with planograms for books and magazines.
• Demonstrate excellent books and magazines knowledge to customers highlighting key promotions and offers for books and magazines.
Job Requirements
• Preferred experience acquired within a books retail environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Confident in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Detail-oriented mindset for precise stock management and store presentation.
• Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Malaysia.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
