Bpa (Business Process Automation Specialist)

Position Responsibilities



-Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.


-Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Lark Anycross.


-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.


-Monitor and maintain automation workflows, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.


-Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and processes.


-Document automation processes and maintain accurate records of changes and updates.


-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.

; Requirements:- Qualification and Experiences



-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Proven experience in business process automation using tools such as Zapier, Lark Anycross, or similar platforms.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


-Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.


-Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.


-Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
