-To lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
-To optimize the best use of available resources (i.e. people, products, and systems), while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
-To coach Branch Supervisors and Captains on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organization's objectives.
-To optimize knowledge competency and skills proficiency of all outlet crew at the highest level with training and currency refreshers.
-To be responsible for keeping the outlet's hygiene and cleanliness is kept at the highest standard at all times.
-To be responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality of the highest standard at all times.
-To achieve high morale, good spirits and teamwork in the outlet by impartially rewarding merits and meting out disciplinary penalties.
-To achieve high productivity level in the outlet by constantly reviewing the manning level, the work schedule and the assignment of duties.
-To assume the role of PIC for a named outlet as assigned by the Operation Mangers or the Management.

; Requirements:-
-Minimum SPM, Diploma, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or FandB is preferred
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, hospitality or FandB industry.
-Able to communicate orally with customers, management and other co-workers in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Ability to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the course of work is preferred.
-Able to manage time efficiently while multi-tasking, by prioritizing and delegating responsibly.
-Able to work with clarity and maintain emotional stability under pressure.
-Able to work independently or lead the outlet to achieve the organization's goals.
