Job Responsibility
Main Purpose of Job
Main purpose of Branch Manager is to plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch.
Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation.
Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all time.
Principle Responsibilities & Duties
To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.
To promptly report any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest.
To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations.
To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline.
STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences.
