Purpose of the role: Core Responsibilities
To deliver required Service Level Agreements for all of our customers, both Cash and Manned Guarding Services.To ensure Cost Operating Targets are achieved in line with Branch Profit and Loss (P&L) Budget.Standard Operating Procedures to be adhered to, ensuring that all security, Health and Safety, and operational requirements are satisfied.Work with customers to ensure they are delighted when dealing with Safeguards Secure Solution's customersProductivity targets achieved across the operating site to be consistently challenged to make efficiencies, without compromising service delivery.Empower and lead all colleagues in operating site, ensuring employee satisfaction, rewarding excellent performance and developing team members who have the ability to progress.Key skills
Experience of managing productivity and an operating (P&L) budget.Exposure to working in a highly compliance driven business where SOP's must be adhered to.Process Improvement experience.Customer management experience.Experience of leading and motivating large operational teams.Job Requirements
Ideally of Graduate Calibre.Minimum 5 years work experience in an operational environment.Good spoken and written English and Bahasa MalaysiaIT LiterateIdeally some exposure of working with local government agencies and Police.Working Relationships: Internal:
