Responsibilities:Responsible for all operational aspects of the branch including sales, operations, customer service, human resources, administration and JKKP requirements.
Manage Branch KPIs, Safeties, Controls and Ethics as core value of TKEM business visions.
Responsible for driving a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy that aligns with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Share knowledge with other branches and HQ on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and market information.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and effectively.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
VIEW management – ensure data accuracy and timely updating by team members.
Review monthly with team members to ensure Project Job Cost (PJC) is evaluated.
Identify training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge of team members.
Perform any other functions and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
