Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and branch profitability through strategic planning.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships within the semiconductor and electronics sectors in Northern Malaysia.
Lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, and skill development.
Ensure operational efficiency, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies.
Continuously improve customer service quality and satisfaction.
Monitor branch performance through data-driven reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
6 – 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industries.
Strong network in Northern Malaysia and expertise in revenue generation, cost control, and operational management.
Hands-on skills in calibration, control systems hardware, and software (advantageous).
Entrepreneurial mindset with decision-making abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in talent management, training, and skill development.
