Job Requirements:Degree or Diploma
Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 4-5 years working experience, preferably in Banking/ Financial Industry
Experience in Branch Development functions and activities
Good management, communication, and analytical skills
Plan and execute local marketing activities to achieve targets assigned for the branch
Fully adhere to operational requirements for branch operations
Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with Branch Operational Procedures and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines when attending to customers
Ensure efficient and productive counter service operations
Plan and lead the team to achieve sales targets assigned by the Company
Deliver excellent quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company's interest
