Location: Pulau Pinang Job Responsibilities: Below is a glimpse of what you will doTo plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch. Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer. To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all time To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Company. To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest. Job Requirements:  Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years working experience preferably in Banking/ Financial Industry Expose in Branch Development functions and activities.  Good management, communication, and analytical skills.
