Branch Manager - Segamat

Main Purpose of Job



-Main purpose of Branch Manager is to plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch


-Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation


-Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer


-To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all time

Principle Responsibilities and duties



-To ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all AEON's information assets are protected


-To promptly report any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior


-To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest


-To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations 


-To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Companying customers at all time

-Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline 


-STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences
