Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries from agency force and policyholders;
Ensure prompt, reliable and quality service (walk-in and call-in enquiries) to policyholders and agency members;
Handle and ensure all the branch processes and backroom processes covering premium collections, claims, policy servicing, surrender, and new business processes are up to service standards;
Ensure all transactions comply with Standard Operation Procedures and Guides;
Collect documents, transmit to HO, and follow up with intermediaries, customers, and business partners to fulfill outstanding requirements to increase business captured, completion of policy services, or claims settlement;
Ensure standards of customer services, telephone inquiries, greetings, escalations of service matters, or customer complaints;
Attend periodic meetings, training, and development courses as directed;
Ensure claim, new business, and surrender processes meet SLAs and KPIs;
Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superiors and managers;
Any other duties that the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work in Ipoh.
Preferably Executive specializing in Branch Operations or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
