Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries from agency force and policyholders;
Ensure prompt, reliable, and quality service to policyholders and agency members;
Handle all branch processes and backroom processes covering premium collections, claims, policy servicing, surrenders, and new business processes;
Ensure all transactions comply with Standard Operating Procedures and Guides;
Collect documents, transmit to HO, and follow up with intermediaries, customers, and business partners to fulfill outstanding requirements;
Maintain standards of customer service, including telephone inquiries, greetings, and escalation of service matters or customer complaints;
Attend periodic meetings, training, and development courses as directed;
Ensure claims, new business, and surrender processes meet SLAs and KPIs;
Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superiors and managers;
Perform any other duties that the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work in Ipoh.
Preferably Executive specializing in Branch Operations or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
