Responsibilities also include updating operational parameters, interacting with customers, reviewing tasks, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrating and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the operational branch by optimizing the availability of the establishment, tools, facilities, and people in achieving the project requirement and meeting the exponential growth opportunities.
Deploying action plans to achieve optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management, including people development and charting the career progression of the staff.
Updating operation parameters and assigning responsibilities according to the competency matrix.
Interacting with customers, interpreting their needs and requirements, and delivering the expectations in the fields.
Reviewing tasks and initiating necessary corrective actions.
Reviewing and enriching processes to add value to quality management and customer benefits.
Updating project metrics and data collection to ensure the project trajectory remains on course.
Ensuring the project's compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
