We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building a financially sustainable business while providing first-rate customer service in Kuantan.
Responsibilities:
Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan.
Promote the company's services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns.
Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.
Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
Manage relationships with partners.
Report on a weekly basis to top management on work progress, milestones completion, and branch growth.
Online training course for beginners.
Salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance.

Requirements:
Experience in Sales/Business Development.
Team Management experience: min. 2 years.
Strong command of English language.
Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).
