Job Description
The role of a brand ambassador is to drive active recruitment on Haleon products via right education sharing to consumers, positive brand engagement and drive conversion to purchase. The expectations of an excellent brand ambassador include:
Product Knowledge: Being able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and advantages to customers.Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the brands and products under Haleon's portfolio.Customer Engagement: Clear communication skill.Approaching and engaging customers in a friendly and helpful manner.Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products.Listening actively to customer's needs and provide solutions.Build relationships with customers, aiming for long term engagement rather than just immediate sales.Conduct live demonstration (chill test, bone density test etc) to showcase how a product works or its benefits.Brand representation: Alignment with brand values, embody the brand value and mission in their interaction.Professional appearance that aligns with brand image.Sales skill:Persuasive and influence customer purchasing decision without being overly aggressive.Capable of effectively closing sales and achieve target.Key stakeholder management:
Work collaboratively with store staffs and other team members.
Reporting and feedback:Sales reporting- maintain accurate record of sales, reach and conversion.Gathering data on customer preferences, buying patterns, and market trends.Providing insights to help improve future promotions strategies.Merchandising and POSM:Assist in in store merchandizing and report any OOS incidence during activation.Ensuring that product displays are well-maintained and comply with the general planogram.Monitoring and managing the inventory of promoted products.Coordinating with Haleon sales team/ store staff to ensure that stock levels are sufficient. KPI Achievement: Working towards achieving targets set by Haleon team.Actively recruit new users to Haleon Rewards and promote special offers, discounts to encourage purchases. Training and Briefing:
Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotion strategies.
Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant store policies and regulations.Following ethical practices in promoting and selling products.Requirements:Gender : Female preferred.Age group : 24- 50 preferred.Experience : Experienced in selling health category products for at least 3 years+.Language : Fluent in Malay, secondary- Mandarin, English.Mobile to travel to support roadshows (not exceeding 40km from designated territory).
