**Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Manage & monitor the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to ensure effectiveness and brand growth.- Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership- Develop & lead digital/social media strategies to increase brand engagement- Analyse social media metrics and make improvements to be better at them.- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.- Implement brand & brand communication plans.- Monitor product quality, design, and brand alignment.- Be "hands on" and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams to achieve brand objectives- Undertake ad-hoc operation tasks as given by the supervisor.**Job Requirements**- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management- Knowledge in graphic software - Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma is added advantage- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Detail oriented and self initiator- Ability to understand and work with brand guidelines- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the internal and external team- Having skills in video making and video editing are added advantage.Skillset**Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoshopIntegration of visual communication in social media platformsSocial media marketing****Benefits**:Health insuranceFlexible work hoursWork from homeDynamic business cultureOpportunities for advancementCareer development opportunitiesTransportations allowance/free transportationProfit sharingWellness programHigher pay than the market rateEducation assistanceTeam outingsFree food**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
