As a Brand Executive, your main objective is to execute plans aimed at propelling the growth and value of the brands within our portfolio. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive the key levers: Brand, Product, Channels, Campaigns and more.
Duties and Responsibility
-Brand Management: Strengthen the brand's identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and user experience to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
-Sales Channel Optimization: Optimise and expand sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, wholesale, retail partners, affiliates etc) to maximize revenue and enhance market reach
-Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute branding campaigns aligned with brand objectives, leveraging various channels to increase brand visibility and create resonance with the target audience.
-Product Pipeline: Collaborate with supply partners to ensure new products or enhancements align with the brand's identity and resonate with the target market, contributing insights and guidelines.
-Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, gather consumer insights, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
-KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze brand performance metrics, and provide insights through regular reports to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.

-Minimum 2 years experience in related roles and e-commerce industry
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment.
-Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes.
-Ability to lead within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts across multiple business areas
-A deep understanding of the e-commerce and/or consumer brand industries, including industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
